Coastal communities around the world are facing growing threats from climate change, extreme weather, and environmental degradation. For many vulnerable families—especially women—these challenges put livelihoods, ecosystems, and long-term community wellbeing at risk.
A major climate resilience initiative is seeking experienced nonprofit and community-based organizations to help implement solutions that protect ecosystems and strengthen local livelihoods. The opportunity supports organizations working on community mobilization, climate-adaptive livelihoods, biodiversity conservation, sustainable agriculture and fisheries, and grassroots capacity building.
Selected partners will play a key role in engaging communities, building local institutions, supporting ecosystem restoration, and developing sustainable livelihood plans that help vulnerable populations adapt to climate impacts. Organizations with strong experience in rural development, natural resource management, and participatory community engagement are encouraged to apply.
Grant Scale: Opportunity to partner in a large climate resilience initiative with multi-year project support.
