This funding call supports practical training initiatives for elected and public officials, equipping them with governance tools that can be applied directly to local systems. Eligible organizations include associations and institutions that train or support municipalities, with priority for those advancing inclusive governance. Activities may cover training design, stakeholder engagement, and applied learning that strengthens local structures and community trust.
