Yet their voices are critical to shaping fair, inclusive, and effective climate action. This fellowship is designed to change that — building a strong pipeline of young negotiators who can influence policy at national, regional, and international levels.
Through structured phases of online learning, intensive training, and hands-on mentorship, participants will strengthen their technical knowledge in climate science, sharpen negotiation skills, and gain visibility within the UNFCCC system. The program emphasizes practical engagement, from simulations and policy writing to active participation in COP processes, ensuring fellows are prepared to lead in multilateral climate negotiations.
