This fellowship is designed to break those barriers — offering structured leadership training, career coaching, and international exposure to accelerate their growth.
Selected participants will join a pan-African network of high-potential leaders, gain access to CEOs, ministers, and global influencers, and receive tailored mentorship to strengthen their career trajectory. The program also includes a learning expedition to a major global economic capital, providing firsthand experience in international markets and leadership environments.
