Workplaces worldwide continue to face challenges in addressing gender inequality and harassment. Traditional training methods often fail to engage learners or provide the tools needed to create safe, inclusive environments. Digital transformation offers a powerful opportunity to change this.
This consultancy assignment supports the digital transformation of training by converting existing gender and sexual harassment modules into interactive e-learning. The project will integrate multimedia learning, scenario-based simulations, and inclusive design to strengthen adult learning outcomes. It also emphasizes accessibility, certification tracking, and capacity building for public institutions to manage and scale digital learning platforms.
Selected partners will review existing content, design interactive pathways, produce multimedia components, and integrate the module into the national ELMS system. The consultancy will also train staff, develop user guides, and facilitate reflection workshops to ensure sustainability and long-term impact.
💡 The assignment carries a contract value in the five-figure range (EUR equivalent), supporting innovation in workplace learning and institutional capacity building.
