This program funds sustainable, scalable projects that deliver lasting impact for vulnerable and marginalized populations worldwide. Priority is given to initiatives that provide basic necessities and empowerment — including women’s rights, education, food, shelter, clothing, water, health, internet connectivity, and gender equity. Special focus is placed on projects in East Africa, Central America, North America, Israel, and impoverished Jewish communities.
Eligible applicants include grassroots organizations and individuals working directly with underserved groups. Preference is given to organizations with modest operating budgets (under USD 750,000) and projects that would not be possible without this support.
