The São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) is inviting internationally recognized researchers to establish or consolidate their careers at institutions in São Paulo, Brazil. This initiative offers long‑term support for independent research programs aligned with strategic themes such as biotechnology, energy transition, biodiversity, food security, digital transformation and AI, quantum science, health, and public security.
Selected applicants will receive funding to set up laboratories, lead research teams, and collaborate with established groups. Projects run for up to five years, with extensions possible, and include relocation support, fellowships, and scholarships.
