Small, community-led organizations in East Africa (Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania) are driving change in health, education, climate, women’s empowerment, and more—but often need support to scale impact.
This 9-month program helps locally led teams build stronger internal systems, improve effectiveness, and sustain long-term community impact. Organizations with annual budgets under USD 100,000 that are trusted in their communities are encouraged to apply. Participants should commit 2–4 hours per week.
