This flagship retreat brings together emerging leaders and seasoned trailblazers from across Africa and the Diaspora. Through mentorship, dialogue, and intergenerational exchange, participants will strengthen their leadership capacity, gain strategic support, and join a powerful network of women transforming the continent.
Forty young women leaders will be fully sponsored to attend, with travel, registration, and accommodation covered. Awardees will benefit from mentorship by distinguished leaders — including Heads of State, Vice‑Presidents, and CEOs — while receiving recognition through the AWLN Leadership Award.
