Across Africa, young changemakers are reimagining solutions for agriculture, clean energy, climate action, sustainable cities, and workforce development. Yet many youth‑led enterprises struggle with funding, growth strategy, and long‑term sustainability. This fellowship was created to bridge that gap — equipping innovators with the tools, networks, and recognition they need to scale impact.
Selected fellows will engage in intensive learning sessions on social enterprise design, impact measurement, and AI for social entrepreneurship. They’ll receive mentorship, business modelling support, and opportunities to pitch to investors, funders, and policymakers. The programme culminates in a high‑profile awards ceremony that celebrates exceptional contributions to social change and inducts a new cohort of innovators.
Since its launch, the initiative has supported nearly 300 fellows across 14 countries, transforming millions of lives and generating millions in funding and revenue. This year’s cohort will continue that legacy, driving scalable solutions for Africa’s most pressing challenges.
