As communities face rising temperatures and worsening air pollution, the intersection of climate change and public health has become one of the world’s most urgent challenges. Vulnerable groups — especially women, children, and youth — are bearing the heaviest burden, demanding bold, community-driven action.
This new Climate Action & Health Resilience Grants Programme is calling on local and national organizations to lead innovative solutions that strengthen community health systems and protect lives. Projects may harness digital innovation, scientific research, or AI-powered tools to enhance preparedness, awareness, and local resilience. Women and youth leadership are at the heart of this initiative, ensuring that those most affected are also the agents of change.
Funding between €50,000 and €100,000 per project for 12–24 months, focused on impact across Africa and Asia.
