The Young Leaders Training Programme (2026 edition) invites 25 dynamic young men and women from civil society, trade unions, and political parties to take part in an eight-month journey of leadership development. Participants will engage in interactive sessions on political leadership, communication, democratic values, and organizational management, delivered through in-person and online workshops.
