Too many girls are forced to leave school early, robbed of their childhood and future by harmful social norms and child marriage. This initiative tackles the root causes — limited opportunities for girls and entrenched cultural practices — by combining education support with community-driven advocacy.
Projects will strengthen girls’ enrolment and retention in school, provide holistic education grants, and build leadership through school clubs. At the same time, traditional and religious leaders, male allies, and women-led organizations will be engaged to transform discriminatory norms, promote accountability, and champion inclusive practices that protect girls’ rights.
Civil society organizations with proven experience in gender equality and community engagement are invited to apply, bringing innovative, rights-based approaches to empower girls and reshape communities.
