Urban spaces are heating up, trees are disappearing, and communities are losing the shade, oxygen, and resilience that nature provides. As climate pressures mount, the call to restore balance in our cities has never been louder.
This global award celebrates women changemakers who put trees at the heart of urban life. From re-greening dense neighborhoods to preserving heritage trees, creating native nurseries, or designing innovative agroforestry systems, it supports projects that transform concrete landscapes into living ecosystems. Whether through education, restoration, or bold conservation action, this opportunity uplifts women-led initiatives that reconnect people with nature and strengthen urban resilience.
💡 Grants of €10,000 per project are available, along with entry into a global community of women driving environmental change.
