Across Tanzania, young people are stepping forward to shape the future — yet many face barriers in accessing mentorship, professional skills, and global networks. This initiative responds by offering a transformative three‑month virtual learning journey designed to strengthen career development, leadership skills, and workplace readiness.
Participants will engage in interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, networking activities, and peer‑learning dialogues. They will gain exposure to development practice, innovation, and entrepreneurship while connecting with industry leaders and changemakers. The program emphasizes inclusivity, encouraging applications from young women, persons with disabilities, and diverse academic and social backgrounds.
Eligibility is open to students currently enrolled in higher education institutions in Tanzania or recent graduates (within the past two years) who demonstrate motivation, leadership potential, and commitment to development issues.
