Antimicrobial resistance is one of the greatest global health threats of our time, undermining the effectiveness of medicines and putting millions of lives at risk. Without urgent action, common infections could once again become deadly, reversing decades of progress in healthcare.
This funding call supports collaborative research that explores the therapeutic role of vaccines, investigates mechanisms of vaccine action, and integrates the One Health approach to address antimicrobial resistance. Proposals must be hypothesis-driven and involve multidisciplinary expertise, encouraging partnerships that bridge diverse fields of science and medicine. Eligible institutions are invited to design innovative projects that can generate new insights and solutions to combat AMR at scale.
💡 Grants are available in the five-figure range (local currency), with support for up to two years of research.
