As the climate crisis intensifies, the need for ethical, inclusive, and democratic leadership has never been greater. From energy and housing to food, health, and conservation, cross‑sector collaboration is essential to building resilient societies and protecting vulnerable communities.
This global funding call supports new and early‑stage ideas that strengthen pathways for climate scientists, advocates, and communities to engage with decision‑makers. It also invests in leadership development, ethical communication, coalition‑building, and innovative approaches across climate‑related sectors. Applicants may include organisations, networks, collectives, or individuals worldwide, provided their initiatives are non‑partisan and rooted in eligible regions.
Two types of support are available: Ideation Grants of USD 10,000–20,000 for fresh ideas and pilots, and Incubation Grants of up to USD 50,000 for projects ready to expand with evidence of effectiveness. Together, these grants aim to nurture innovation, strengthen democratic leadership, and accelerate climate action.
