Luxembourg’s flagship acceleration program is designed to propel startups working in digital innovation, AI and machine learning, blockchain, and dedicated tracks such as healthtech, space, and defence. It also prioritizes ventures aligned with sustainability and the principles of people, planet, and prosperity.
Over six months, selected startups receive personalized coaching, expert feedback, discounted co‑working space, and access to international mentors, investors, and high‑performance computing infrastructure. The program is structured to help founders refine their business models, validate markets, and prepare for scale.
Funding support totals EUR 150,000 in equity‑free grants, released in three tranches:
- EUR 50,000 after incorporation in Luxembourg and proof of minimum capital.
- EUR 80,000 upon graduation, private equity raise, and capital increase.
- EUR 20,000 after demonstrating total spending of EUR 150,000 within 24 months.
Eligibility requires startups less than five years old, with at least two team members (one full‑time), operating in the program’s focus areas. Incorporation in Luxembourg is not mandatory at application stage but is required to unlock funding.
